Jurassic Quest is excited to announce Friday, July 31 – Sunday, August 2, 2020 as the NEW dates for the Oklahoma City engagement. Any tickets purchased for March 2020 original dates will be honored on the equivalent day of the new event, and children with a ticket from the postponed event will receive a special gift from Jurassic Quest for attending the new date (limit 1 per child) in appreciation of your loyalty and commitment.
If you must request a refund, please determine if you are an “online buyer” (print at home or digital ticket) or “physical Box Office buyer” (“hard” ticket). How you made your original purchase will determine the source of your refund.
Online buyers must contact Etix directly at Etix Customer Support email, and refunds will be processed to the credit card from which tickets were purchased.
Box Office credit card buyers should contact OKC Fairgrounds directly at 405-948-6800 or boxoffice@okstatefair.com, and refunds will be processed to the credit card from which tickets were purchased. Box Office cash buyers must present original tickets directly to the OKC Fairgrounds Box Office (Monday – Friday, 10a-5p) in the Bennett Event Center. Due to current circumstances, the Box Office is closed.

In the interest of public health and the safety of our crew, Jurassic Quest has proactively postponed the Oklahoma City event. Jurassic Quest is deeply saddened; however, the safety and well-being of guests and crew is top priority. Jurassic Quest has rescheduled this event for July 31 through August 2. The tickets you have purchased will be valid for this date.
