Catering

The food & beverage department oversees all food service operations at the OKC Fairgrounds. It is responsible for concession stands in the buildings, the Capital City Cafe and all in-house catering events provided by Impact Catering. 

Impact Catering has years of knowledge to bring you the best culinary experience for your event. It can accommodate any and all needs for your event, from plated dining to buffet style. The catering menu is just a basic guide of the more popular items, but our executive chef and catering team are happy to help create a custom menu that fits your taste and budget.

The Buffet Style option can serve up to 5,000 guests. There is also a large selection of appetizers and desserts for you to choose from. Our plated service is always tailored to your liking.
