Box Office

The OKC Fairgrounds Box Office is located inside the main entrance of the Bennett Event Center. You can reach the OKC Fairgrounds Box Office at 405-948-6800.

Box Office Hours

Weekdays: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. 

Evening and weekend hours vary according to the OKC Fairgrounds event schedule.

Types of Payment Accepted

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Refunds

There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets.

Accessible Seating

Wheelchair-accessible seating is available for shows at the Jim Norick Arena. If available, up to three companion tickets may be purchased with each wheelchair-accessible ticket. Please indicate at the time of purchase if you require wheelchair-accessible seating.

Will Call

Tickets purchased by phone and left at Will Call can be picked up at the Will Call window located in the main lobby of the Bennett Event Center or Jim Norick Arena, depending on the location of the show.
