Come enjoy THE car event of the year with a cause!

Elite Auto Affairs will feature supercars and luxury European autos while benefiting a local Oklahoma charity which helps tornado victims: Recovering Oklahomans After Disaster.

It starts with a private preview Saturday and wraps up Sunday with an indoor car show featuring the best supercars and high-end exotics alongside luxury European vehicles. You don’t want to miss this event!

 

Admission

$200 Private Mixer/Show Preview Registration, includes:

1 car in the show

You + 1 at the Private Mixer/Show Preview (6 to 9 p.m. Dec 14)

You + 1 at show (10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec 15)

Complimentary swag bag

Entry into Special Category show award (with picture supplied beforehand)

Option to attend private preview without vehicle registration for same price

 

$35 Vehicle Registration, includes:

1 car in the show (10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec 15)

Attendance at show for 1

 

$20 General Attendance Registration, includes:

General Admission for show (10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec 15)

$5 General Admission, day of show if you bring a new, unwrapped toy

Discounts will be available at participating partners, to be announced.

 

Kids 13 and under are FREE.

 

Rules for entering a vehicle

  • Required to know the Year, Make, and Model of all vehicles registered.
  • All vehicles entered into the show whether attending the private mixer or general show are subject to review and approval at the organizer's discretion. This event is for supercars and luxury European automobiles only. If your vehicle is deemed to not meet the requirements of the event, your purchase will be refunded minus any applicable fees.
  • Elite Auto Affairs welcomes registrants to submit a picture of your car to eric_climer@audicluboklahoma.org prior to the event. Pictures submitted give event organizers the right to use them in media to promote the event which could include flyers, Instagram, Facebook, or other media channels. Please include your Instagram and/or the Instagram of the photographer to give credit if used.
  • Preferred move in for all registered vehicles will be Saturday from 2pm to 6pm with any late arrivals still able to move in 8am to 10am on Sunday.
  • Move out will be after 3pm on Sunday.

 

Disclaimer: Motorized equipment in use and/or to be on display must comply with OKC Fire Marshal requirements which include but are not limited to: fuel tank levels at or below ¼ tank or five (5) gallons whichever is less; taped or locking gas caps and disconnected battery cables (applicable to older vehicles only where it does not effect the electronics of the car).
